Our new facility is located prominently on the Wasilla airport. We created a custom designed hangar to better match our aviation needs and better serve our team, customers and community. Construction was completed in the fall of 2018 and we are now conducting 100% of our operations out of our Wasilla airport facility. Our new hangar is sleek and expansive featuring over 14000 square feet of hangar, office and support space. The 18’ high main hangar door provides enough clearance for all of our helicopters. Our hangar is equipped with full LED lighting throughout and a cutting-edge in-floor heating system to maximize efficiency.
Expanded capabilities
We have outfitted our new facility with cutting-edge maintenance tooling and equipment. Our new tooling, metal and paint workshops gives us expanded capability for maintaining and modifying our fleet to our high standards. We have installed a custom-designed 3 ton overhead hoist that allows us freedom to fully utilize our hangar space.
145 repair station
Our FAR Part 145 repair station certification has moved with us. Our new facility is now fully 145 compliant and allows us to better serve our in house maintenance needs. Our 145 repair station certification allows us to manage and track our aircraft maintenance to a higher standard through our Part 145 Quality Control and Quality Assurance maintenance programs.
